Shipping/ Returns/ FAQ's

Shipping will generally be processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation with the exception of our customized items, those could take up to 12 business days before they are ready to be shipped out. All items are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) unless the buyer specifically asks for a different shipping service. We do not ship out orders on weekends and holidays (Public holidays in the United States). For orders within the United States, we offer $10 Flat Rate priority shipping. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY IMPORT OR CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR TAXES. We ship worldwide for a flat rates of $18 (2-3 weeks delivery time)  $29 (1-2 weeks delivery time with tracking). $49 (3-5 business days) Shipping cost may vary depending on destination country. Once packages leave the United States, there is no way to track them or know how long they will take to arrive at their destinations.

Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. We are not responsible for unclaimed, lost or stolen packages or delaying in package arrival by the Postal Service.

FIRST CLASS MAIL

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing movement within tracking, please feel free to contact your local post office or call USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped. Please note that First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance. COAL N TERRY will not replace items that are lost, stolen, or damaged upon delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that were shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package to be insured, make sure you purchase the priority mail shipping option at checkout.

 

PRIORITY MAIL

If your package is lost or was damaged upon arrival, you have 15-60 days from the date of shipment to file a claim with USPS.

International

If your package is lost or was damaged upon delivery, you have 7 days to 6 months after shipment to create an inquiry. 

How do I file a claim with usps?

To file a claim with USPS go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm and click on the domestic tab to file a claim within the United States or the international tab for orders outside of the United States. Then follow the directions as stated.

 

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free PRIORITY shipping on international orders over $250 (orders outside the United States) and free domestic shipping on orders over $150 (orders within the United States). The free international shipping will come with automatic tracking and insurance. Free domestic shipping will come with online tracking and delivery confirmation. Purchased items can be shipped out Express at your request for an additional fee.

 

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Items purchased on Sale or purchased with a Coupon Code are non refundable and non exchangeable. Please note that it takes us up to 7 days to process an exchange. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can definitely exchange the item or receive a store credit as far as you reach out to customer service detailing your request within 2 business days of delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to us, we will ship out the exchange free of charge.

If you are an International buyer and need to make an exchange, make sure you email us within 2 business days of receiving the item.

In order to process your exchange in a timely manner, Simply notify us via email at customerservice@shopcoalnterry.com with the issue and reason for return. However, delivery confirmation is required for the item(s) being exchanged. Please remember to ask all questions before purchasing. We maintain detailed photos and inspect each item carefully before listing them up for sale. If you need to see more images of an item please email us at customerservice@shopcoalnterry.com before making the purchase. 

For our Custom denim, we are more than understanding when it comes to those. We know you might be unsure of your exact size or waist measurements etc. This is why we accept exchanges on those BUT we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size.

When will I receive my order?

Can I use my Credit Card on your website?

Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards on our website and it is 100% secure

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be added to your transaction and will also be emailed to you.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Once an order confirmation email is sent to you, there is no way of cancelling.

Will I receive the same brand/color of custom denim? 

Since our custom denim are vintage and handmade. We sell the design and not the brand. Also the color might vary slightly from the pictures as they are custom made by hand. Your computer screen setting might also distort the exact color slightly.
